Kidsbridge visits camps and youth meetings for Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade to bring an overview of empathy, empowerment, & emotional regulation through one (1) three-session, in-person program.
Steps to Empathy
Through games and hands-on experience with different calming & grounding tools, youth learn about the brain and mindfulness so they can dare to be empathetic.
Program Information
Program length: Three (3) sessions
Session length: 30-45 minutes
Frequency: Flexible, weekly visits recommended
Group size: Maximum 20 campers/youth
Number of groups: Prefer at least 3 back-to-back groups per visit for camps
